Held Mondays and Thursdays at Holy Trinity Church in Tilgate, we can help get you moving after a break from exercise or starting out on your fitness journey.
Everyone is welcome, with exercises to suit all abilities designed to challenge and improve your balance, fitness, co- ordination and agility, you'll be soon making improvements.
Combinations of body weight exercises, with equipment, games and fun to help you better yourself and get fitter all with a smile on your face.
Classes run from 6pm to 6:45pm, your first class is FREE and costs £5 per session thereafter with no ongoing commitment.

Need to bring: Clothes and shoes suitable to exercise in, water bottle and a mat
